I have really enjoyed the therapy experience with James. He is humorous, kind, attentive, and, most importantly, gets the job done! I learned so much about how to observe experiences versus getting caught up in them. This was so helpful in living life more fully.

James uses researched approaches to help deal with mental wellness. I have recommended him to several people. I knew I needed "talk therapy" but any therapist I saw failed to help me with my anxiety and depression. For me, James is able to listen and use ACT [Acceptance & Commitment Therapy] to view what thinking/behaviors I struggle with. Together we have worked on things I can do that allow me to recover. He incorporates "mindfulness" (my word-choice). Very easy to talk with and sincere.
