This office does not fill prescriptions in a timely manner, does not get back with you at all in some cases. I think Jamey is very friendly, but in way over her head. She’s brand new and seems like she doesn’t know exactly what to do. I’ve had several scheduling problems, too. While I have my family going there, I have considered changing to the Fort Madison Clinic across from McDonald’s. My friends who go there have told me they have never been anything but professional.

JAMEY IS THE BEST. She is so sweet and listens to u and doesnt get in big hurry to get u out. She is very caring. Im not going anywhere else. Her staff is awesome also
