Harbor UCLA. Ms. Jamia Salazar, Nurse Practitioner was high conflict, attempted to supplant the MDs- medical evaluations and expressed herself unprofessionally and inappropriately in the patient medical records. Tighter controls closer supervision, better vetting and more frequent evaluations at Harbor UCLA would preempt these types o care management scenarios.
