Jamie is fantastic! He is so kind and caring. He always remembers everything I've told him over the years about my health and my family. When I go in for anything at all he sits with me and takes a lot of time to discuss whatever I am in there for. I've been a patient for over 7 years and I'll never leave.

Great experience. Had been to other doctors, urgent care and ER with headache and other doctors threw their hands up. He wanted to try something different and it worked!!

Horrible experience, he is inconsiderate of other peoples feeling and lifestyle, he dismissed everything I told him about my condition. Changed my medication without thought ( which at that time I had been taking for 10 years) because he thought that I didn't need it. Just from one conversation I had with him for 15 mins. After my experience with him I felt so down that I never went back to ranch view family medicine. Its been three years since my encounter with him and now I have realized that not all physicians are like him.

I've been going there for 5 years. I loved my Doctor, Jamie Ball, however I've always provided feedback about the poor Customer Service in the front office. Recently, I gave this feedback to Kat, the Office Manager and she did not want to hear it. She was highly defensive and rigid in her approach to receiving simple feedback around improvements that most every other customer facing business provides on a daily basis. I've given it Jamie and he was defensive at first, but then, upon reflecti

I had the worst experience with a provider that I ever had with a medical provider. My father had passed away and he was cold hearted when he brought it up to me only a week later. He is rude and unprofessional. All other providers at Ranch View are ecxellent
