I have never met such an unprofessional provider. She is extremely rude. Very demeaning. Talks to patients like they're stupid and below her standards. State board will probably end up taking her license because she's not as intelligent as she think she is. She was wrong about several things and I know because I'm a healthcare provider as well. She's doesn't listen to the patient. She smirks when she thinks she's right. She falsifies documentation (stated in her note assessment findings that were not even assessed). She's in for a rude awakening if she continues treating patients like she does. The office staff has to apologize on her behalf, which should be embarrassing for her. After complaining to office staff about her they responded with 'it happens all the time.' If that's the case, then it would be smart to find someone who actually treats their patients with dignity and respect. I hope they read this and don't take it with a grain of salt.

This care provider is the rudest, saddest excuse of a nurse practitioner I have ever dealt with. I would never under any circumstances see her for any purpose, no matter how urgent. Save your time and gas and go to someone else who actually helps people.
