I was nervous as a new patient with my fairly new condition, but Jamie was caring, warm, personable and put me right at ease. Her professional manner and extensive knowledge of diabetes is what made the appointment so easy and comfortable. Her discussions were very thorough and her explanations left me without any questions. I knew I'd be well cared for. The extreme need for this type of care in this geographical area is real and is evident by the 3-month wait for a new-patient appointment. But it was well worth the wait to see an experienced and caring professional.

After struggling for answers for quite some time, my PCP referred me to an endocrinologist. Instead, I was seen by nurse practitioner, Jamie Miller. She proceeded to tell me about the test results forwarded by my PCP as if she were reading from a textbook (as if I didn't already know) and never asked me anything pertaining to my symptoms, family history, etc. She then ordered the same tests. Waste of my time!

Dr.Jamie Miller has always been 100% excellance. She does not know how to fail. I have been her paitent since 2013. Every since a Complete Total Thyroidectomy. Graves Disease, Hyperthyroidism to Aquired Hypothyroidism. To CGM Monitoring. Ordering Lab Work. Always Professional. Always Checks levels, Vit.D . To even my diet and glucose things. Always encourages me. You cannot ask for anyone better. She is a blessing. Also *timely* and always smiling.
