Jamie Rizzo is an excellent therapist. She is a good listener and insightful and patient. Her manner sets you at ease. Jamie is well versed in several modalities which is why I started working with her. Emdr, hypno therapy etc. Sessions with Jamie will really enhance your self care regimen. I highly recommend her!
