Jamie was very kind and caring. My mom has severe dementia and I have never had any other provider spend as much time answering my questions and explaining her diagnosis or medications than she did. I would definitely recommend.

This NURSE was rude, condescending, and demonstrated very little empathy. Unbelievably continued to be extremely patronizing and showed clear attitude at patient who had difficulty remembering specific things and had difficulty articulating themselves. Her poor attitude and "bedside manner" leaves one wondering why she is in the medical field at all, particularly neurology.
