I was trying to resolve an issue regarding physician services from a provider prior to Ascension Borgess Pulmonary. I was getting nowhere. After a referral to Jamilah Racine, and an in-person visit, my issue was completely resolved in less than one week! Jamilah was very considerate, willing to listen, make recommendations and follow-up at a level far exceeding my expectations. My experience with her and the entire team at ABP was 100% positive. This is a professional team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
