After other failed attempts at counseling, I found Jan. She has helped me understand the challenges and struggles in the first half of my life in a way that no one else has done. She challenges me to take steps to overcome those struggles, always with positive outcomes. She has been a joy to work with, extremely professional and caring. She is dedicated to continuing to learn and grow and applies what she learns to the benefit of her clients. I'm moving forward with confidence and a comfort with myself that I didn't know was possible, thanks to Jan. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Jan is great at what she does and has truly helped change my life for the better. I see the world completely different now and am able to form more meaningful connections with family, friends, coworkers, and even strangers. She digs deep and encourages you to do the work all by empathetically guiding. I went to her years ago and had to come back recently for some more work. I hear her voice in my head often when I’m posed with a difficult situation. I would highly recommend her!

I would not recomend, I went to speak about my daughter and after 5 minutes she insisted I start therapy at her firm and when I explained I was currently already seeing a physician she terminated the meeting without explaining what was going on with my daugher. I would not recommend.

Jan has challenged both myself and my husband throughout our work together and it has impacted our marriage and the way we view ourselves and the world in an incredible way. This is a counselor who does not beat around the bush, asks difficult and challenging questions, and gives us resources that we have been asked to dig into. I've been to other counselors where we just talk, but it goes in circles. Jan isn't one to talk in circles. You will walk away a changed person that encourages others to do the work. You don't know how impactful the work is until you willingly step into it.

She is so empathic and knowledgable. She really helped me find the courage to face my emotions and process them. She worked so hard at gaining my trust as a client. I strongly recommend Jan!!!!!
