Poor listener. Gives unsolicited recommendations on medical condition without understanding ANY details. Answered personal phone during sessions for spam calls (MULTIPLE TIMES!). Attended roughly 15 sessions. I'm not saying I didn't benefit from any advice but she was definitely one of the least effective counselors I've had.
