I'll never forget how this person left me at my absolute worst with the most inadequate warning imaginable. I still struggle to this day and continue to seek care just to overcome this trauma.

I feel really lucky to have found Jana! I’ve had several therapists throughout my life and she is the best. I have felt comfortable telling her things that I have never told anyone before. She has a natural ability to help me understand myself in a way that has resulted in great inner healing.

Jana is wonderful! She is kind, patient, and supportive, and she has a way of helping...she just knows what to do on a given day. She is current on therapy modalities and uses different ones depending on the day and what you are experiencing.
