Dr. Jane Brady is the best! She is not only extremely knowledgeable about hearing problems and treatments, she is extremely patient and truly listens to everything you have to say. She understands that she is not only treating your hearing problems, she is treating an individual! She recognized that I would benefit from a cochlear implant which subsequently changed my life for the better. At first I was reticent but she encouraged me and I am forever grateful.
