She is an excellent listener and great chiropractor. Saw where the late guy trashed her when he was the one that was late-I've been late too and I just call her to let her know. Seems like common courtesy to me

When my back goes out I can count on her to fix it as soon as I call. She truly cares about her patients

I was running 5 minutes late because of classic philly traffic. Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted by a locked door and nobody there. I waited for 40 minutes outside for my appointment to discover she had been out walking her dog. She told me that she had left at 1:15 when I had been at the door since 1:08 This to me is extremely unprofessional, and I would recommend to everyone a doctor with more commitment.

Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and inability/refusal to accommodate special needs. This doctor uses animal therapy in her office. There were loud squawking parakeets in the patient treatment room. Despite having a phone consultation prior to my visit, it was never mentioned that the office had loud noise producing animals. This is not relaxing and new patients should be informed of this prior to their first visit. When I explained that the sound of the birds was distracting and made it difficult to process what she was saying (I’m healing from a TBI which the doctor was aware of prior to the visit). She never once asked me if I was allergic to animals. She claimed to have treated patients with TBI in the past. Sensitivity to light and sound are very common symptoms. Patients should be told this practice caters towards those who want animal therapy. The office environment was not welcoming or professional. I left my appointment early. I won’t be returning.

Like many guys,I thought so could just "walk off" those pains especially that lower back one that made me look like an old man walking around.And God knows,don't want to get hook on painkillers-opioid addiction.Dr. Jane was confident and reassuring she could help and boy did she.Now if I overdo it or just get that old twinge of pain, she is familiar and in without fuss or muss,in quick order no wait, she fixes me up for another 10,000 miles. Kind, empathetic,professional and no nonsense approach of hers ,wins the day.Take of from someone who was wary of effectiveness of anything than risky surgery, her skills and years of accrued. knowledge and experience can save you a lot of grief as it has me. I know it may not be PC,but I personally have learned that woman doctors in my opinion are best,probably. Lateral instinct,but whatever,I leave Dr. Janes feeling great.P.S. She puts up with my Male magnification of every pain and ache as an unfixable,for long ,conclusion and does her magic
