Great doctor but terrible office staff
Each time I call I am put on hold and disconnected. It took 8 tries to get an appointment. Then the staff didn’t send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I had to go in and request again for them to be sent. It didn’t work. I had to call and again the put on hold and disconnect. We love Janel, but I don’t know how much more we can take of her lousy and incompetent staff.

wonderful care with clear explanations
I had a skin check and biopsy done and am very happy with my care! Janel Fellner was clear in her explanations of what she was looking for, the procedure process, and clear on the expectations for post care benefits and results. Her office's procedures with Tricare were smooth and easily understood and completed.
