Janelle has changed my life. My wife and I go together and she has expanded our understanding of ourselves and each other. I didn’t realize how self destructive and offputting my personality has been. She helps you create healthy boundaries and you begin to understand how to more effectively live your life. Whether it is relationships, religion, anxiety, family or whatever issues you are struggling with, she can help you get to the root of your issues and you can live a better life.

Seemed offended by the notion that getting exercise and having a healthy lifestyle were as effective as counseling for anger issues and would take up a similar amount of time and cost far less than weekly sessions. When she asked why I didn't do those things, I replied honestly that my partner won't allow it, she balked. I think Janelle was more interested in the $5000/year she'd get out of my weekly visits than what treatment worked best for me. This was a pre couple counseling session.
