Janet Howell, PA

After being a patent with AdvantHelath (Previously Advance Wellness Institute) and with Mike Bradey and Colton Odell for 23 years, I was forced to see her, when Colton left the practice. She is a Bully, and when I stood my ground to her, she had me dismissed from there office! Then went as far as to call my pain management doctor, and have them release me too! All BC she got butt'hurt!!!! And I have never, not one single time, have I ever, failed a drug test, pill count, nothing!!! I dont even drink, smoke, do any kind of drugs, etc!!! She is a real piece of work!!! A sorry excuse for a human being, moreless a 'Doctor!!!' Advanthelath Polk needs to fire this entitled Bully!!!

Excellent . She is compassionate yet honest. Very knowledgeable. Excellent diagnostic skills- thorough history and physical. I am a PA myself and find it difficult to find providers who live up to my standards. Ms Howell definitely does. I am happy to have her taking care of me.

Every visit I have had, I have not had to wait a long time. Janet is VERY thorough and informative. She gives honest advice and never has rushed any of my appointments. She listens to everything I have to say and answers all of my concerns. I highly recommend her. My entire family is part of the office now.

I was a patient at Foothills for several years and saw Mike Brady PA-C, an excellent provider with an excellent staff - - during that time. Recently, the staff has changed and I had an appointment with Ms. Howell. When I arrived at the office location, I learned that the office had moved. I was not told of this when I made the appointment. I called several times and no one answered. When I did get someone I was put on hold and left there. I called back and was put on hold again and hung up on. When I called a 3rd time I told the person that I could not find the office and she informed me that Ms. Howell had told the staff to "no show" me and that I would not be seen. I explained what happened to this person and asked her to relay it to Ms. Howell, who was apparently standing right beside her. I was told I would be refused treatment. I was in severe pain and this evidenced a total lack of concern for patient care. Go somewhere else - anywhere else.
