I am scheduled for a spinal injection for sciatic pain. Janet Smith determined not to recommend a second MRI after being told I got into an accident that changed my spine and pain path of sciatica. She wants me to go ahead and keep my spinal injection app't even though being told there are evident changes in my spine from the accident. What kind of irresponsible person risks whatever can go wrong from not having an updated MRI to work with? She did not even call to discuss; very poor judgement.

It was one of the WORST experiences i've ever had in my life!! I would NOT recommend her to anybody!!!!!
