My husband was dying of cancer and I wasn't handling life very well. She spent a great deal of time with me. She helped me learn how to cope with my feelings and prescribed an antidepressant. I will always be grateful for the compassion and kindness she sowed me.

Good at first and all downhill from there
Janette was a godsend when I first starting seeing her 6 years ago. Unfortunately, she seems to stop caring as time goes on. She would spend half our visits discussing billing, which should be the receptionist’s job. Always running late. On our last visit, DURING the appointment, she told me she was sending me and everyone with a past due balance to collections, despite the fact that I had been making regular payments at every visit to cover said balance. Didn’t seem to care at all what I had to say and it felt like she was reading questions from a checklist and not actually listening to my responses. Ask disappointed in her after having such a good experience in the beginning. She made my mental health worse and also destroyed my credit score. 0/10.

APRN that listens and gives excellent advice
Janette takes the time to listen and makes sure I get the care I need. She is always available to help me when I need something. She gives an honest feedback and that helps me make the correct decisions rather than making emotional decisions.

Awful. I've seen her for over a year and it's been a year too long. She is rude, condescending, misses appointments, shows no regard or concern. For being a mental health professional, she is anything but. She makes you feel insignificant and just a number. She says to call if you need help but then never calls you back, or if she does, she says she has other patients a d you will have to wait until the next session. I have countless examples but if you need mental health, she makes it worse, so seek treatment elsewhere.

I have been with Janette for 3 years and can't imagine seeing anyone else. She has helped me through anxiety, major surgery, and may have been my lifesaver during COVID. She LISTENS and doesn't just through Rxs at you. She does occasionally hit you with the honest truth, but if you're really searching for help, you will understand that the truth is the only way you are going to get a better handle on your mental health. I credit her to helping me get back to my "old self" and didn't even have to think twice about referring my daughter to her. She loves her more than she thought she would after feeling failed by many mental health care providers throughout her struggle with pain management and anxiety in middle school and high school. Janette was the first one to actually diagnose her correctly! Go see her.

I was ALMOST scared off from making an appointment with Janette due to the 1 star ratings, but after reading the comments they are so RIDULOUS I looked up and read her profile on Psychology Today and made an appointment. I am so glad I did. Her profile indicates that she is a Christian provider and yes, she does have Christian music playing, but it is not "blaring". She did repeat back information I gave her and was typing which she explained - she charts during the appointment and the air conditioner vent which is right above her head interfered with her hearing (it is loud). I appreciated that she wanted to be sure she had the information correct. I also appreciate the "homework" she gave me so I can learn better ways of managing my anxiety rather then just pushing "a pill". Maybe she has read these reviews and made changes, but I cannot fathom a more positive experience... or maybe those that left the former reviews are just mean (seems so to me.) I look forward to working with her.

Janette Stallings is such a nasty human being. This woman shouldn't be allowed to be around anyone with any kind of mental illness or issues. She really needs to find a different career because she isn't making this world a better place, she's making it so much worse. My entire experience with her was such a nightmare that I just wanted it to end as soon as it began. You are what's wrong with society.

I highly recommend Janette Stallings! I have had several visits with Janette and things are going great! Janette is knowledgeable, kind, patient and collaborative. She's a great listener and I feel she really cares about helping me, not just writing a prescription. I appreciated the thorough initial intake process. Janette has a full range of resources at her fingertips (i.e. can instantly research drug interactions, etc) The phone staff is helpful and courteous. The option for video telehealth sessions has been a great option and there have not been any tech glitches. The patient portal for communication and filling out forms is great! This is a GREAT office! No complaints whatsoever!

This is a person that comes off as self important, and finds ways to subtly make you feel judged. Christian music blaring in the waiting room, little passive aggressive gestures like heavy breathing when you ask too many or certain questions, slamming medical literature down when you don't understand what she is talking about (because she uses highly technical terms to explain biological processes). She interrupted me a few times when I was trying to explain what was wrong. She's one of those women that likes to speak in a sing-song voice tone and then hurry you along as soon as possible. When I mentioned a "procedure" I had when I was much younger and didn't know where to turn, I got a very strong feeling of disapproval and moral denigration. She managed to work it in later in the conversation, too, when it didn't seem appropriate to what we were talking about. Stay clear of this provider if you can help it.

I had an unfortunate experience. She didn’t listen to the things I had to say and often repeated back incorrect information to me while busy typing on her keyboard. She regularly showed up late to my appointments and I always felt like we were rushed.

Janette was seeing my son for awhile. She took the time to listen to us and our concerns while trying to see how to best treat my son. I remember we went over our time and she wanted to continue so she’d asked if we could wait in the waiting room for a little bit to see her next client. It only took 15 mins. We never felt rushed or that she was pushy. I believe she really cares about her clients and wants to help them. I know she did for my son. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Jeanette for about 6 months now. She has been a lifesaver! She has great availability and is knowledgeable in all treatments. She was able to find the right antidepressants for me, after serveral that didn't work with a different provider. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have seen Janette for over a year she has helped me so much. She has completely changed my life. After being medicated for over 10 years for anxiety. She got right threw to me and found the real problem. She listens and doesn’t push you. I would recommend her to anyone battling anxiety! Very comforting to talk to! And does not judge! Thank you Janette

Would not recommend her to anyone. She is rude to her clients and condescending. I attended a visit with my spouse . I could not believe the way she treated my spouse. She has no empathy for what has happened to my spouse or how my spouse was feeling at that moment. She snapped her fingers in front of my spouse’s face and said to pay attention. She was in a hurry, interrupted both of us while trying to ask questions or make a statement.
