A very very good therapist. All around, exceptional experience. She met me where I was in and in the way I needed. She didn't try a one-size fits all approach. She encouraged but also pushed where I needed to be pushed. She also asked very timely and insightful questions that led me down a completely different path than I thought I needed. Now, I am doing so much better, am happier and also physically healthier. Highly recommend Janice!
