I had a telehealth session for medicine management with Janice today and she was fantastic. Very knowledgable and professional. And super nice. Highly recommend.

Late to appointments, poor bedside manner,
Telehealth
5 minute late to 15 min appointment, 9 min in, in the middle of our unfinished conversation, said she has another appointment and ended call. Did not follow up with medication or procedures as promised. No apology, very judgemental.When asked, I was honest in my review of our appointment. Just facts, not my opinion. Next day she refused to help me.Then lied to coworker about promising to help me . Shows a lack of experience.
