Janis Rustad, FNP

I have been seeing Janis for several years now for my thyroid and hormone replacement therapy. I drive from Tempe because I think she is one of the best in the valley. She always listens to me and understands that as a single woman, I have to be conservative when it comes to healthcare costs. She treats me as a person and not just a number and dollar sign. She understands that every patient respond to medications differently, and adjusts my medications accord to how I feel, and not just what my bloodwork shows. I worked in healthcare for many years and know how important it is to find someone who will listen to you treat you like an intelligent person. As far as the staff goes, they are always polite and helpful. I have used the lab in the office and the phlebotomists are very nice and professional, and go the extra mile to ensure they label the specimens accurately. Respectfully Submitted Chris

I can NOT say enough complimentary words to describe how much I truly admire Janis. She is professional, warm, caring, not rushed, compassionate, thorough, smart, friendly and more. I have been seeing her for about 5 years now and I will continue to see her forever. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a medical expert who is smart and can also be a friend.

When Janis speaks, it is obvious how knowledgeable she is. I have been seeing her on and off since about 2003, and women's health has changed a lot since then. She is up to date and takes time to educate me. She has helped me with several delicate and personal situations, and she is professional, kind, and patient. As a patient, this is extremely comforting.
