Dr. Badillo was very nice. I felt a bit rushed, although it was my first visit. Dr. Badillo did not thoroughly examine my skin even though I was trying to show the different areas I was concerned about. Everything was chalked up as normal for aging and menopause. I also had a $70 co-pay on a prescription she provided, which was shocking and I had no warning. I'm still waiting for a 3rd prescription that was sent to my insurance - 3 days later. The check-in process for the Monroe County location was cumbersome and tedious, on a tablet connected to the check-in window. It was not clean and there was no purell or disinfecting gel anywhere. Covid is still a thing, the administration should know better.

I was very happy with my visit with Jasmine. Her office was running a bit behind so I was afraid my appt would be rushed. Jasmine was so through and took the time to make sure I had addressed every concern I had. I was so relieved to hear she prefers a more conservation approach to a skin issue that I have dealt with for several years. She gave me my options and didn’t make me feel pressured at all about my decision. My previous dermatologist wanted to take a very aggressive approach and that made me nervous. I was way overdue for this visit and I’m so glad that I did it! Jasmine and her assistant Katelyn were both so kind and have a way about them that puts you at ease!

I went in for a refill of a prescription on file. I got the wrong one. Also had a little scale burnt off my forehead with liquid nitrogen. I’ve had it done a few times before with a little red mark and a scab. This time I have a knot on my head the size of a marble.

Extremely hard to get in touch with .. not concerned with quality of care at all. More concerned with getting you in the office for a 5 minute talk so she can bill the insurance. I’d rather travel 40 minutes than see this provider again. Would not recommend at all.
