Jasmine has been so wonderful. She has taken over my care and completes paperwork on time. She responds promptly and will even go out of her way and call to follow up. I feel her knowledge and concern for my health has kept me to continue care at this office. The front office is a little difficult to deal with and perhaps that is why some paperwork isnt delivered to her on time. Anyway, she has provided myself with excellent care!

Horrible service while replacing Doctor David Mir in Irvine. I'm absolutely dissatisfied with her unprofessional handling of paperwork require from a vendor of my insurance. I'm been unable to get the equipment I need because Jasmine's negligence of completing paperwork.
