After working with Dr. Ablett for several months, with a lot of myofascial work head to toe, I can attest that my Chronic Migraines, Rib pain and Back pain are no longer Chronic. I have only had 1 Migraine in the last 3 months, and, as of this posting, that was 4 weeks ago. I am walking with a normal gate again and rarely have foot pain or back pain. My ribs are rarely giving me issues. He has also taught me how to feel for the facia which is agitated and how to do the myofascial work on it to help relieve my pain issues and muscle cramping.
I truly enjoy working with Dr. Ablett and his office manager Natalie is a sweetheart. They are both incredible people IMHO.

Dr. Ablett is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had considerable pain in several areas of my body- back, shoulder, neck- and found relief immediately under Dr. J's care. I can't recommend him highly enough; I wish I had gone to him sooner instead of suffering with unnecessary pain.

Dr Ablett listens carefully to what you have to say. He is excited to help you. He verifies that you are ready for chiropractic care and then confers with you to determine a course of care. He has a network of physicians he can consult with and does so to assure the best results for you. He will spend the amount of time it takes to provide you with this care.

He is the best Chiropractor I have ever seen. He makes a difference. He listens, is very gentle when needed and I feel instantly better when I walk out of his office. Sharp as a tack - funny - smart - I did not find him to be too talkative. I found him to be engaging. I love to know the "why" of things - and he tells me just why. I have a very good understanding of where and why I hurt and what he is doing to me and why!! LOVE HIM. I am lucky to have found such an excellent practitioner.

Great guy - IF you like seeing someone who talks non-stop, makes assumptions, has a huge ego, and tells you (at every appointment) that the other practitioners you've seen suffer from lazy doctor syndrome. Completely unprofessional!
