very unhappy about my experience
He called me a troublemaker after I went to get a second opinion after the prescription he ordered for my new glasses hurt significantly, not once but twice and he was not objectively looking to possible causes when his staff member went to him looking for solutions for my needs. His attention to his staff member, was brief and not helpful at all. And he , did she take all the right measurements was all he addressed
