Jason Jex is one of Us. Amazing provider!
I am so incredibly thankful to have found Jason Jex as my Primary Care Physician. He is a great listener, and always is on my side during my healthcare journey. He understands that healthcare is complicated and Doctor's aren't always right in Medford. Willing to refer his patients to better care out of the region, to providers he knows have treated his patients well and solved problems rather than the local doctors who are always changing and sometimes stuck in old ways of doing things. He allows the patient to do their own research and suggest methods of action that are new and novel, while also suggesting his own experiences and that of his patients. Once a new therapy or procedure works for me, he is willing to incorporate that into his practice to help others.Jason and Mike are guys guys, and don't have a snowflake mentality, but also I know that Jason helps a lot of women patients and are open to all, very caring, and open minded. Just so refreshing these days.

Terrible Front Desk Service
It is astounding how rude the front desk attendant Mike is. I cannot even believe he is allowed to interface with patients. Not only does he talk down to patients, but he does not take them seriously or show any respect. He likes to “speak” for the doctor, instead of allowing the patient to speak to the doctor directly. He is a gatekeeper that needs to be terminated! We will not be giving Jason Jex our business, and we will be sure to spread the word how terrible his front desk attendant is.

I was unsure about choosing a man as my primary care provider. However, after seeing Jason, he made me feel very comfortable. He took his time asking questions, answering mine and getting a better idea of my health needs. I appreciate all of his wisdom and advice.

The attention to detail and un-rushed appointments make me feel more like I’m chatting with a doctor friend than going in for a medical visit. If you are looking for a medical professional who will listen and on his own time take extra steps in your care, Jason Jex is the solution. I love that Jason’s first thought is not a pill, but he asks questions to find the root cause.

Jason is one of the absolutely best medical care providers I have ever seen. He takes so much time to listen to you, ask questions and is genuinely concerned for his patients well-being. I never just feel like a number in his office, I feel like an actual person! He personally calls with your test results and even does check up calls when needed. I can't recommend him enough to friends and family! Healthcare is so important and you can't go wrong with this provider !

Unfortunately, despite everyone else in the world having a wonderful experience with this practitioner, I had conditions which were not understood or treated in an appropriate or timely manner. In the end the staff was terribly disorganized and was clearly having communication issues among themselves and the provider. I found neither the knowledge base, the follow through or the professional conduct that I was expecting or needed and I am not able to recommend him to anyone.

He's awesome!!! He such a caring man. He takes time to listen to the needs of his patients and provides appropriate treatments. He's the best at giving injections too. I have recommended friends and co workers to Jason and they have had great experiences as well.

Jason is always very attentive to every detail and he actually listens to his patients. He understands that we know about our own bodies. He's also straight forward when discussing his medical findings with me, which I greatly appreciate. He and his staff are helpful, friendly, and respectful. Jason is constantly updating his knowledge base, and if there is something out there that can help me, I know he'll find it! I recommend Jason to everyone. A welcome change from typical doctors.

After many disappointing doctors who had no intentions of actually "listening" to my concerns and personal goals I was lucky to find Mr. Jex in my provider directory. Mr. Jex has always been professional, personable, kind, and shown a very high level of emotional intelligence during our appointments with concern not only about my physical health but my overall health as well. The office staff is friendly and always on task when I arrive for my appointment. I frequently refer people to him.

In this day and age where most providers just order tests and interview you for a few scant minutes Jason is a breath of fresh air. HOUR long appointments where he gets to know every aspect of your life and a REAL physical exam. Not only that but he seems to be the perfect blend of Western Science and researched naturopathy. He has a dogged determination to figure things out but his ego doesn't get in the way of referrals to specialists as needed.

I was referred to Jason by a mutual friend. He was described as, "A provider who listens and actually cares." The office atmosphere was casual and very relaxing. He sees one patient at a time, so you know that he is not in a hurry to move on to the next room. Jason goes the extra mile to figure out a solution to the problem, and not just put a band-aid on it. The fact that he is about wellness and preventive medicine is a bonus to his western medicine knowledge.

Jason is the first provider I have seen who actually took the time to thoroughly evaluate my health and listened to my concerns. He took a full hour at my new patient appointment and never makes me feel rushed when I'm in his office. He is very knowledgeable and has made recommendations for my overall health, not just prescribe medications to me. I am very happy with the care he has offered me and I will definitely be referring my friends & family to his office.
