I enjoyed this practice when I was being seen by Dr. Patel. She was thorough, caring, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Since she moved to CA, I have been seen by Jason Urso and am currently looking for another option for treatment. He is short, interrupts the patient, and doesn't explain his decisions. It feels like he is just there to refill prescriptions and set you up for the next appointment. I dread these appointments since Dr. Patel left.

Lazy..would prefer patient to come back on next visit and hear your recommendations. I selected 3 of the mediations from research due to his laziness. Pretty sure he's homophobic. That's why I never got the care I deserved. He was always combative with me. I asked him on my 3rd visit if he was homophobic he flip out. He got very anger and upset. A sure sign that he his. I'm certain he discussed this with Dr. Hancock. I've told all my other doctors about this issue about 2 years ago.
