Jason Zarn, PA-C

Unfortunately, my experience with the surgical assistant, Mr. Zarn was frustrating and very insulting. Rushed through visit, did xray, recommended P.T., did that & explained no better from day 1. Along with wait 10 days before calling to get referral to do MRI. Took the office a week before submitting approval to insurance to do MRI. Mean while I'm in continuous pain. Month later, 2nd appt to read MRI results, Zarn asks any changes? I explain the new pain, then insults me with requesting a brain MRI, my husband and I was shocked at what he said. No empathy or professionalism towards one in excruciating pain. Zarn continued to look through the images surely not reading the notes that came with it. Then orders 2 more xrays. We then waited for almost an hour for the real Dr to come speak with us which never happened. FYIn Zarn seemed very bothered with answering questions and showed no empathy. He was very dismissive and, sarcastic at the end. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

NOT WELL. AST. SURGEON O.K. NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. 2 UNORGANIZED OFFICES. JUST TRY TO CALL EITHER OFFICE. NEVER GET THROUGH ! ! ?

Jason Zarn provided my husband with exemplary service. He was patient and attentive and he took the situation very seriously. His bedside manner was awesome and we appreciate him!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with the surgical assistant, Mr. Zarn was frustrating. Besides, rushing through the appointment, he seemed bothered by answering questions in regards to the diagnosis. He was very dismissive and, sarcastic at the end. It made feel uncomfortable. I won’t be seeing this professional again. Would not recommend.
