Dr. Jay Granat, LMFT

Dr Granat is an eminence as a therapist, with years of experience in many fields. I first came across his programs over 15 years ago, when I was a professional racer. Now, and after three other therapists, I am fortunate to be his client for 4 months. I've read the above review and it seems RJ had an issue with billing, which quite honestly should be his responsibility to inquire about before undergoing treatment. I'd recommend Dr Granat to anyone seeking a therapist with vast experience in many fields, as he's always been a source of wisdom and gets right to the core of your issues to address them promptly.

I have sent both of my daughters to Dr. Granat regarding sports stress issues. One golf and the other tennis. Both went on to play in college at D2 and D1 respectively. I can tell you that he has helped both tremendously. My golf daughter who was a 6 handicap had one session with Dr Granat and went out 2 days later and played an even par round in a tournament. My tennis daughter whose issues were a little more complex wen on to win many high level tournaments after visits with Dr Granat.

Dr. Jay Granat is all okay until he sends you a surprise bill at crazy amount more than $300 for a 45 min session for a cancellation of an appointment. Dr. Granat never disclosed or explained the exact amount or how much he will charge for cancellation that is less than one week. He just hurried you to sign the contract without explaining the policy. Never trust someone who is not transparent.
