I have high anxiety for eye exams and chose Dr. Zimmerman due to reviews online. He has Excellent chair side manners and in no way made me feel uncomfortable. Probably does not bother most but it does me when a doctor uses a monotone voice when asking which slide is clearer. He did not do this at all. He seemed light hearted throughout the exam which for me created a safe atmosphere. I do have insurance which is not taken at Visionworks but I have no regrets making the choice to go. Definitely recommend.
