Telehealth
She was Not helpful at all. Did not pay attention to details, ordered unnecessary testing. She falsified a medical document and refused to correct it when it was brought to her attention immediately. She asks for your medication list and does not list it correctly, not sure how an PA does not understand when you say a medication is PRN and adds it as 3xs a days. When I asked for it to be documented that she refused to correct her mistake in my medical chart, I was told it would be documented and it wasn’t.

She was extremely rude, sarcastic, and honestly I'm questioning how she's still working. From the moment she walked in the door she had the worst attitude. My son and I were the only ones there and still felt rushed. Her demeanor the entire time was completely unprofessional.
