I love seeing Jayne. She is very down to earth, thorough, and kind. She explains treatment options in an easy to understand way and is very willing to listen to my concerns and opinions without being defensive. She also takes the time to investigate what she is not certain of and won't give flippant guesses or pat answers without investigating it first. As an RN for 23 years, I feel confident in her judgment.

Jayne was thorough, professional and empathetic. Asked the right questions to understand the problem and diagnose it. I liked how she wanted to fix the problem and not just treat the symptoms, I find that a rare quality in modern medicine in our time.
