Good news - Bad News
Mr. Keener was excellent, as was his medical tech assistant. However, the two-week wait for pathology results was unacceptable. I eventually received a voicemail to call for my pathology results. I called back four times over several days and could never get anyone on the phone to talk to. A week later I finally got a call with my results, and referral to another clinic & provider for surgery. This sequence of events and lack of response to my calls is also unacceptable. I won't be a return customer.

Great Visit!
Jayson was prompt, attentive, thorough and listened well to me as the patient. The entire office staff seemed happy and they were very efficient at check-in, check-out and making sure my needs were met. Highly recommend!

Good Experience, but pricey.
The visit was great and check in was easy. My questions were all answered and I was in and out in about 15 minutes from arrival until leaving the exam room. The only negative is the price for the 5 minute consultation was over $130. Definitely more expensive than my previous dermatologist (I moved so old dr. is too far away now). Other than that it was a good visit.

He is a nice doctor! I feel he would research information if he didn't fully know the answer, and I like that honest. But anyways, he knew all of my questions. He gave me time to ask anything I needed; I didn't feel rushed. It's the first time I didn't have any more questions for a doctor. Usually I feel other doctors rush me away before I can ask any at all.
