I have attended group therapy with Dr. Assouad in the Light Program in Media and have found his technique incredibly helpful. He's not only compassionate, but makes everyone in the group feel like they have something to contribute. He allows the group to bring up topics that opens a wonderful line of discussion with anyone that wants to participate. He then will give us feedback, teaching us skills we can utilize in every day living. I highly recommend this program.
