I’d leave her a worse review if I could. I’ve never dealt with anyone in healthcare as rude, condescending, and unhelpful as her. She was full of false information, tried to correct me on the pronunciation of a syndrome that was diagnosed to me by a GI specialist (then claimed I was wrong, didn’t have it, and that I meant something else). and when I asked about what certain tests she brought up to me would entail she would reply with, “well I’m not a —- specialist so how would I know.” Very bold for a lady with 3 years experience in her nursing field when the information I was providing was given to me by a rock-star veteran and highly awarded physician. Then went on to say the information I had gotten from my pharmacist (doctorate degree) was incorrect as well. Speaking to her was like speaking to a chair or a light switch, only she talked back and the words that came out were incredibly and undeservingly rude, as well as egregiously false.
