Jeanette was COMPLETELY unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. She had a very disconcerting demeanor, and only reacted with dramatic superficial responses & no professional guidance to the discussion. After the session, she tried to force schedule the next appointment and when I asked how she planned to help me, her reply was "I don't know. I have to think about it". Then she last minute cancelled the follow up pretending to be out of town, and called to ask me how to do HER job.
