Called Dr. Washington's office to ask a couple questions. She herself answered and was rude from the very beginning of the conversation. I spoke to her pleasantly the entire time and she had no time for me. When I asked to speak to the business manager, she hung up on me. I have never been so poorly treated by a medical professional. I recommend avoiding her and her practice on S Wabash in Chicago.
