Dr. Graves got my contact lens prescription right after two other doctors couldn't do it. She spent alot of time with me, it took several visits but it's good now. She also saved my mothers eye when she didn't even know there was anything wrong.

I saw Dr. Graves for a routine eye check and she found a serious problem in my eye. After surgery now I am okay but she really helped me.

Dr. Graves retired, and the office closed permanently in 'spring' of 2020 per a phone call with Jeanine Graves in August 2020.

Very dissapiubted. After being a patient of Dr Graves for many years I feel ripped off. Dr Graves told me there would be no charge for my check up. I asked her a second time and she said” John, there will be no charge, this is covered by your insurance.” Several weeks later I received a bill for over $100. I called and the girl that checked said I was responsible for the bill and was quite snippy.
I will be looking for a new Dr. Be very careful with this Dr.

First off, be prepared to wait forever in the waiting room. The last time I was there for 1 1/2 hrs. They obviously do not clean their machines properly because I got pink eye, which Dr Jeanine Graves said it was probably from handling new contacts. (really?) Dr Graves is extremely intrusive. She asked me WHY I was on certain medications prescribed by my Dr. That is really none of her business. The fact that I am on them is explanation enough. She is extremely snobby, and her staff incompetent.

Absolutely thorough and professional eye exam that leaves nothing out. You know where you are, vision wise, when you see her. We already made our appointment for 2017. Oh, the office staff? You never met a more courteous, knowledgeable group of young ladies. In conclusion you will never have a better vision/eye exam in your life in more professional and friendly environment. Check out the frames too...great designer frames at a really reasonable cost.
