Jeanine Willis, FNP-C

I called OMG on Monday morning to schedule an appointment with my PCP. I was told she would not be in the office until the following day. Since, I was sick and had been on antibiotics for 8 days I ASKED if there was a Nurse Practitioner on staff. ONLY then, did they acknowledge that yes there was a NP. on staff. I took the next available appointment and I am so glad I did. Jeanine Willis was professional, she spent time with me, asked all the appropriate questions, gave me new medications that in just 3 days I am feeling much better. I can not understand why the staff that answers the phones do not immediately offer an appointment with the N.P. They are highly trained and can spend with the patient. Our son is a nurse practitioner on the Cleveland Clinic Flight team so I know how trained & professional they are. PLEASE, in the future when a sick patient calls offer them a visit w Jeanine Willis, she is a real asset to your facility.
