Jeanna Burke, PA-C

I went to Northern Nevada urgent care location off of Kietzke in Reno. I'm always hesitant to want to try a new urgent care location because you never know what you might run into. I went at 5:30PM on a Wednesday evening. I was surprised to be able to get checked in within a few minutes and didn't have to fill out endless amounts of annoying paperwork. I was taken to the back room within 5 minutes and Jeanna Burke was my PA. She listened to what my issue was, made the correct diagnosis, and had my antibiotics sent to my pharmacy immediately. I was out of there in total of 20 minutes with exactly what I needed. The visit could not have gone any better from start to finish. Thank you to Jeanna Burke and the team at Northern Nevada Urgent Care.

Not professional, has zero idea of how to talk to a patient or for that matter the patient and doctor work together as a team not always agreeing with each other on care, a little give and take and if as a provider u can’t handle that then ur not listening to ur patient and really don’t care about his or her opinion…

I have been to this office several times, and I have been greeted pleasantly and professionally each time. There was very little wait time for either the call to the inner office or for Jeanna. Jeanna is nice to speak with, and she answered my questions and explained things very thoroughly. I feel comfortable discussing anything with her and will continue to see her for my health needs.
