Jean is an outstanding Physical Therapist. I first met Jean when I had a herniated disc in my upper back, Dr wanted to do surgery, Jean guided me through therapy and no surgery required. Years later I had two herniated discs in my lower back, again Dr recommended surgery, I could not walk, I had to crawl, again Jean instructed me on the proper exercises and no surgery required. She is a gift and professional. Sometimes mistake her directness as "yelling at you" I hear Jeans voice as a cure!

Unprofessional, unorganized. She leaves you waiting for up to an hour. Then if you don’t do an exercise, she yells at you. Then she leaves to see someone else, and eventually comes back. Sometimes you are scheduled with Jeanne, but you come in for your appointment and you are scheduled with someone else.

A back problem that had plagued me for 2 years suddenly became severely painful. Jeanne O'Malley found the right treatments and exercises and educated me on what, exactly, was happening. She listened to my concerns. When I 1st came to see her, I could not roll over in bed without severe pain caused by disc problems. With her therapy treatments and protocols, I'm pain free and so relieved that surgery wasn't required. I constantly recommend her to people who complain of back problems.
