I participated in TWLC program for 1 months based on previous success. At the end of 4 weeks, I may have lost 1 lb after a major lifestyle modification (daily military style workout, abundance of water intake, avoidance of food from "not approved" list. I am 5 years older than my previous experience with TWLC yet still an active Soldier. I communicated my dissatisfaction to the staff yet was advised that I would pay an additional consultation fee for an appointment with PA Brooks. I lost $144!
