I was to have my first appointment with Mr. Downing in the offices of Pagnani-Braga-Kimmel Urologic Associates, P.A., Upon entering the patient exam room more than an hour after the scheduled appointment time, he did not apologize nor provide an explanation for his tardiness. His only response was "oh." I left. Therefore, I am unable to provide any information on his medical abilities,, only his respect for his patients.
