Customer service sucked. After waiting a week for my glasses, which weren't right, now I have to wait another week just to see the doctor again. Then I'm sure I get to wait again for the remade glasses. Then.................. who knows? You would think they would want to take care of their customers better than that. I can see why they want their money up front.

Dr. Edwards and entire staff are amazing, customer service is great! Prescription is always spot on! Very thorough exams, he explains everything to you.
