Amazing
N.P. Jeffrey Hammond is truly a great human being. He is by far the best practitioner my mom have ever had. He listened to my mom concerns with such care and compassion. He understood by health goals and create a plan for her. He ask appropriate questions to better understand my mom symptoms. Always accurate with diagnosis and treatment and remains of the highest level of respect. Never rushed to provide care and take time to understand the whole patient. Couldn't be more pleased having N.P. Jeffrey Hammond as my mom PCP. THANK YOU

I was called into the waiting room within 15 minutes-I then waited just under 1 hour to see my practitioner-who then spent a good amount of time with me.H did apologize for the wait time. He said and I agree that he will spend as much time with a patient as they both deem necessary. I appreciate that Immensely.

The wait time was extremly long,once I got into the exam room for the provider. The nurse came in and took my vitals right away but after that I waited a good 40 minutes before the provider came in.

I have called to get the results of my [...] several times and still no call back with the results to get prescribed necessary meds. Called Wednesday and Friday. Was promised a call back before the weekend and nothing. I am still on pain.
