This was my first time at this office and seeing Dr. Robin. He was truly exceptional. He was extremely patient with listening to my issue history, asked a lot of questions, and took the time to throughly look at my ears. He took the time to explain things to me, as well as options. He was very easy to talk to and understand. Truly felt like I was in good hands and being taken care of. Definitely a rarity for me with doctors lately. 100% would recommend. Can also say that I feel SO much better today (saw him yesterday) pain wise. He was right on the mark with what he did and prescribed. I was ready to go to an ER with the pain level. Could not be happier right now.

Dr. Robins explained the treatment options well and also let me know every step of the way what was going on. He did the two procedures right away and I left the office with everything taken care of. He was respectful, professional, and I felt in good hands. Good experience as far as having someone poking around with metal instruments in your throat can be!
