Previous review must be from someone who has not seen Jeff. He is caring, has an engaging manner with all his clientele. I was made to feel special. Watching him in action with other patients I can tell that they feel the same way. He explains everything and answers any additional questions. When there are a lot of patients there at the same time, obviously he cannot hold your hand throughout your session. But that said, he makes sure he is at your side at some point during each machine so that you are doing it correctly. I have had no scheduling issues; the office environment is warm and welcoming; there is absolutely no reason not to trust Jeff and the staff completely. They encourage you to push so that you reap the full benefits of the physical therapy. I would recommend him to anyone.
