I saw Jeff twice and he seemed very attentive. But the after-effects of dealing with billing have forced me to never see him again. Due to his contract that he signed with the insurance company, he is not listed as a primary care physician and defaults to a specialist designation. This caused my copay to double and there was nothing I could do. Jeff seems more than competent but the billing practices are severely lacking.

Jeff is very easy to talk to. He listens carefully, and diplomatically probes for additional information when symptoms warrant. He has a warm sense of humor, which I greatly appreciate. Jeff is a caring individual and a consummate professional.
