Dr. Jeffrey Stepanek, DC

In these days of Covid, I would expect every medical office to do a temperature check, answer questions about contact with Covid, social distance, and that everyone would be wearing a mask. None of the about practices were followed at Dr. Stepanek's office. His technique was very aggressive, and didn't agree with me. I'm not saying it might not be fine for someone else. But, even if he had worn a mask, I wouldn't be returning. If you are following Covid safety guidelines, this is not the office you want to go to.

IT'D BEING WONDERFUL, TRUSTWORTHY. I'D FOUND GREAT RESULTS. I'M THANKFULLY HEALED FROM A 24/7 PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK, AFTER A SERIES OF SPINAL DECOMPRESSION THERAPY. DOCTOR AND TEAM ARE COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE. DR. STEPANEK KNOWS WELL HIS BUSINESS; HE SEEMED TO SEE THOUGH THE INNER PART OF MY TROUBLED VERTEBRATES AFTER I POINTED OUT MY SITUATION. Highly recommended provider. I have been to 4 providers (3 MD's) for back issues. Dr. Stepanek is the ONLY provider that (1) performed a proper hands on exam (2) reviewed xrays with me in detail and (3) took active interest in improving my quality of life. After only 3 visits my back spasm was relieved and pain levels returned to my 'normal' arthritic state. Anthem no coverage, cash only. Would I do it again? YES. p.s. very nice staff too.

In all of my 60+ years I have never found a doctor Who listens to my concerns and fully answers my questions as Dr. Stepanek does. He is highly knowledgeable about the human body and thoroughly explains how all areas work together. He spends a great deal of time listening, explaining, and teaching, and he has a wealth of knowledge about helping the body to heal itself. I have been a patient of De. Stepanek since 2001. He's done some great work adjusting my back and I've done the DRX9000 Decompression on my neck with great success. I have recommended him to my friends; and the front office is great to work with also. One bad apple review should not hinder anyone from going to see Dr. Stepanek. If someone doesn't understand what might be recommended, then it's their responsibility to ask questions to their satisfaction .
